"To write what is worth publishing,
to find honest people to publish it,
and get sensible people to read it,
are the three greatest difficulties of an author"

Hard-edged, independent attorney Rachel Morrissey is plagued by dreams that both tantalize her and utterly terrify her. In the dreams, she finds herself submitting to an unknown man, turning over all control for pleasure. For her, that is completely unacceptable.

Jonathon Sinclair is a sex therapist by day, but so much more by night. His secret life as a D/s Master has never entered into his public life, but then he meets Rachel, who comes to him for help with her dreams. With the help of his brother Jackson, Jonathon sets Rachel on a course that the three of them will never forget.

The brothers – Jonathon and Jackson – are hot as hell! Sexy, confident, and oh-so dominating. What is there to not like?

Rachel is far from a shrinking violet. She’s not the stereotypical wilting flower that’s so prevalent in m/f D/s books. She’s strong, capable, and highly successful. Her innate need for submission is understandable given her position in her career.

The plot was extremely well-done. I was wondering how it would be handled with keeping Jon’s identity secret from Rachel, at least for a while. It was handled quite well.

The sex… Wow. Just…wow. The sex in this book was explosive! For m/f, this one got me all sorts of hot and bothered. The notion of submitting to not just one, but two men is enough to get anyone’s blood surging to other parts of the body. The last scene had me scrabbling for private time, actually, since I’m a sucker for DP (double penetration). And I’m so very glad Ms. Layle didn’t shirk away from anal sex!

Overall, awesome book! If you like D/s, then I highly recommend this book. You will not be disappointed!
