"To write what is worth publishing,
to find honest people to publish it,
and get sensible people to read it,
are the three greatest difficulties of an author"

Melodie and Sam have both devoted their lives to their careers. Sam, who has come to Aruba on a getaway vacation, is a struggling writer. A motel manager by profession, Melodie prepares to move to New York for her promotion as vice president of a major motel chain. They meet one another in Aruba, and both characters hope for a few days in a brief and simple fling. They find themselves in a rush of lust as the affair is filled from the beginning with a sizzle of expectancy. Melodie allows herself to meet Sam's daring challenges that awaken the temptress within her. Sam suddenly gives in to doing all the things that he has ever fantasized about but never dared to live.

The passionate fling brings them to something they never knew about before: A Thin Line between lust and love.

Lyric James smoothly delivers believable lust and love into this clever story. As a result of facing this line between lust and love, Melodie and Sam are thrown into some surprising and fateful moments. Although Melodie and Sam are beautiful characters, the author has made them both seem like real people as they face themselves and their fears. Lyric James also adds depth to both Melodie and Sam through humor.

Here's to giving A Thin Line a four-cat rating as it's an enjoyable read.
